• Degree in Engineering, preferably biomedical, mathematical or management or similar scientific degrees
• Graduated with 1-2 years of experience (desirable, but not a requirement), preferably in the operations area of manufacturing or pharmaceutical companies
• Ability to analyse and design processes (flow charts, data analysis, roles and responsi- bilities)
• Ability to implement changes in the active organization (communication, listening, team- working skills)
• Ability to analyse requirements to support IT changes
• Verbal and written communication skills in German and English
